Kwandwe appoints new executive chef

Guy Nahman has been appointed as the new executive chef at Kwandwe Private Game Reserve in the Eastern Cape.
Nahman did his training at Southern Sun and after qualifying in 1998, he worked his way up to executive sous chef at The Beverly Hills Sun Intercontinental before heading to the US working at various country clubs. Returning to Cape Town he gained experience at various up market restaurants as well as the Radisson Waterfront. He then spent two years working on the Regent Voyager cruise liner and then worked in Dubai.
Returning home to be closer to family he joined the Kwandwe family as head chef of the Great Fish River Lodge and is now the executive chef of all the lodges.
