New GM for Alphen Country House Hotel

Nadine Postma has been appointed GM of the Alphen Country House Hotel
Three Cities has appointed Nadine Postma as GM of the historic Alphen Country House Hotel in Constantia, Cape Town.
She has worked in the hospitality industry for 16 years. For the past three years she has been with Three Cities, most recently at Mandela Rhodes Place in central Cape Town, but she has also worked at the Zurich Marriott Hotel and Radisson properties in London, Dresden and Cape Town.
“The Alphen Country House Hotel offers guests the perfect winelands country escape within the vicinity of the bustling Mother City, making it the ideal retreat for business and pleasure alike and I look forward to taking Alphen to new heights”, says Postma.
The hotel has 10 Country House Superior Rooms and 11 Country House Luxury Rooms and a signature restaurant. It is a South African National Monument and is located at the gateway to the Constantia Wine Valley Route and the birthplace of the wine farming industry in South Africa.
Features of Alphen Country House include the Manor House Restaurant, “Cloete’s”, a fine dining a la carte restaurant, comprising three beautiful rooms that can also be used for private functions and the hotel’s popular pub, “The Boer ‘n Brit”, as well as conferencing facilities offering a choice of either half-day or full-day packages.
Both Cape Town’s CBD and its International Airport are about 30 minutes away.
