Dale Steyn, the world’s fastest bowler and Faf du Plessis, newcomer to the Proteas cricket team and whose team won the Indian Premier League Tournament, came straight from the IPL to relax for a few days at the newly opened Long Beach in Mauritius.
Seen here (from left) are: David Martial, group sales and marketing manager at Sun Resorts; Arnaud Martin, chief marketing officer at Sun Resorts; Faf du Plessis, newcomer to the Proteas team; Dale Steyn, Proteas fast bowler; and Nicolas de Chalain, GM of Long Beach.
The 255-room Long Beach Hotel has added urban-style luxury living as well as coastal relaxation and activities to the Mauritius experience. It is situated on the extensive grounds that used to be Le Coco Beach Hotel.
Its key feature, much enjoyed by the cricketers, is its 700-metre long, 40-metre wide stretch of beach.
