Durban gets new chefs training school

The Fat Cow Catering & Training School in Morningside, Durban, has opened.
Run by executive chef Warwick Thomas and marketing manager Dayle Dohne, the school offers a variety of culinary courses for people of all ages and at all stages of their cooking development.
In the picture with Dayle Dohne at the official opening were Craig Elliott (left) of Unilever, and Warren Ozard, a Fedhasa executive.
Other guests included Claire Forbes of Rainbow Chicken, Portia Mathonsi of RoyalMnanadi, Douglas Naidoo from the Durban Hilton, Leann Murugan from The Square and Reshmi Jetha of The Ventures Group.




















Warwick , may I wish you all the best in your new Venture . May the Cow produce lots of Milk and remember the cream will rise . I look forward watching your progress and see many top Culinarians coming into the Industry
